You are responsible to keep the machine safely stored, in good operating condition and secure from unathorized users. Please see the terms and conditions for full details.

Insurance is required for commercial customers. Private customers should verify with their homeowners insurance that they are covered to operate rental equipment on their property

It is your responsibility to ensure you do not damage underground utilities, call 811 to submit a dig ticket prior to your rental, they will come and mark public utilities, you are responsible for your private utilities.

The general purpose tires on the machine will damage lawns during tight turns. We do offer turf tires that are less likely to tear up the lawn. Equipment mats are your best bet against lawn damage.

The machine will come full of gasoline, the gauge may not be accurate. Please return the machine filled.

Yes, please do your best to rinse down the machine before returning it. Excessive dirt, mud, grass, etc will incur a cleaning fee.

Your security deposit will be used towards the repair/replacement, you are responsible for the full cost.
